Here on our site you can do much more. You can:

1. Search for homes and other real estate for sale based on square footage, price range, location and more.
2. Save your search criteria so you don’t have to re-create it over & over.
3. Save individual real estate listings as favorites so you can quickly find them again.
4. Automatically receive e-mail alerts when new real estate listings match your search criteria.

To create a saved search on our site, you must first create a user name and password.

1. Click the "Sign Up" link at the top right of the page.
2. Enter the required information to create your user name and password and click the "Submit" button.

Once you are logged in:

1. Go back to the desired search page, enter your search criteria and click the "Submit Search" button.
2. You can then either save the search or refine the search criteria - links for both options will be located near the top of the search results to the right of the screen.
3. If you decide to save the search, enter a name for it and select whether or not you want to be notified when new listings that meet that search criteria are entered.
4. The saved search will then show up under your saved searches whenever you log onto our site. The "Saved Searches" link will be located at the top of your screen just to the left of the center.
5. You can also delete a search by clicking the "Delete Search" link on the "Saved Searches" page.

You can also save individual listings as favorites. To do this:

1. Go to the listing you want to save as a favorite.
2. Click the "Add to Favorites" link towards the bottom of the page.
3. The listing will then show up under your saved listings whenever you log onto our site. The "Saved Listings" link will be located at the top of your screen just to the left of the center.
